NGO Grant Programs for Social Service Delivery
NDC invests in four different grant schemes to individual NGOs to enhance the delivery of social services to targeted communities and groups. Grants are awarded to local Palestinian organizations through an effective approach combining intensive local needs assessment, program design and evaluation processes, and hands-on technical assistance and guidance to NGOs.
Disadvantaged communities such as those isolated by the separation barrier receive preferential access, as do target vulnerable groups such as women, youth, people with special needs, children, orphans, women headed households, and the destitute elderly. Priority sectors include Agricultural Activities, Youth Development, Early Childhood Development, Psychosocial/Mental Health, Disability, and Social Protection Services.
