NGOs and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. Mr. Kasabreh has extensive experience in project and organizational development, strategic planning, management and fundraising. Earlier, Mr. Kasabreh was a Planner for Infrastructure and Environment at the UNDP Local Rural Development Program (LRDP) in Jerusalem, where he helped identify major interventions and investments, and managed LRDP activities in assigned micro-regions; in addition he has six of experience as a Project Engineer.

Jamileh Sahlieh holds an MA in International Cooperation and Development from the Bethlehem University, along with BA degree in Business Administration, obtained from Bir Zeit University. Mrs. Sahlieh has 16 years of experience in the field of development acquired through her previous long experience with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) as the Head of CRS’s program, as program manager for various projects in CRS, in addition other posts within the same organization. Her rich experience is also complimented by the various courses she undertook internationally in finance, gender analysis, project design, M&E, quality management, community participation, institutional building, etc.

Mr. Alaa Ghalayini, holds an MBA FRIOM THE Islamic University in Gaza, and an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, USA as a Fulbright Scholar, and earned a BSc. in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from the American University in Cairo, Egypt. He has extensive experience in managing grants to local NGOs, as well as developing and implementing capacity building programs for local and international NGOs. For seven years he was the Senior Program Officer with the Welfare Association Consortium, managing the Palestinian NGO Project (PNGO Project) in Gaza, the precursor to NDC. Previously, he was the Enterprise DevelopmentUnit Manager for the Development Resource Center, and an Industrial Engineer with the Union of Industrialists in the Gaza Strip.
