Procurement Manual
Procurement of works, goods and services required for the activities to be financed under the project shall be implemented in accordance with the procedures set forth in the World Bank "Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits" dated May 2004 (the Procurement Guidelines).
